  charged my parents 10.00 a month now so far for the past 8 months for a tablet that I signed for and then wasn't able to take home with me due to me not being authorized on the account... they got me to sign paperwork for it because I did wants it and then they told me I couldn't because my parents would have to authorize it. so they want to charge 10.00 a month because I signed the paperwork for it but how is that possible when they wouldn't let me take it? I am extremely pissed and will be going in there with another witness that was there with me when I got my phone when they tried getting tablet set up. do your job right! the gal let me slide with my phone but not the tablet... and even said it was on the down low or she would lose her job... so now your going to deny and charge our account for something I don't even own?! I am very displeased with how this happened. after I take care of this store and clear this issue up I will not be returning to it ever again!

  Customer Service Rep Gabby figured out a solution and resolved my problem in literally minutes, and saved us a lot of money to boot. Great friendly service from a very competent individual. This store is lucky to have her. I hope that Verizon continues to provide customer service at the local storefront level. The experiences we have had with phone and online customer service have always been long, complicated and incompetent, full of continuous up-sell pitches. This was a a complete contrast, very refreshing experience. Thanks!
